By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase services which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. An acceptance email from us confirms that the contract is formed.

Cancelling an order before the event date.
There are no cancellations from your ticket purchased. We have started many processes to customize this experience to you. The tickets however can be sold or transferred to another party. the exchange must be made privately and The Photo Rehab is not responsible.
The Deposit Paid is non-refundable. It is transferable.
The Photo Rehab reserves the right to change or alter the workshop if necessary. If mentor/educator changes are made The Photo Rehab reserves the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances. Changes can be made with individual educators, however the content will remain the same and The Photo Rehab will find another educator to deliver similar content. A change to educators does not constitute a refund.
These Terms & Conditions for buying products tickets are governed by the law of the United States and the State of Utah and you and we agree to use the Utah courts should any dispute arise.
If any part of these Terms & Conditions for buying products online is found to be invalid by law, the rest of them remain valid and enforceable.
