An acceptance email from us confirms that the contract is formed.<\/p>\n<p>By using the website to buy services\u00a0online, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ordering<\/strong><br \/>\nBy completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase services\u00a0which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note that your seat at the conference is not guaranteed\u00a0until we have authorization from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorized.<\/p>\n<p>Certain steps must be followed for a contract to be formed, as described below.<\/p>\n<p><em>After you have placed your order:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>You will receive an email to acknowledge your order. It will confirm which products you have ordered. We have started many processes to customize this experience to you. The tickets however can be sold or transferred to another party. the exchange must be made privately and The Photo Rehab is not responsible.<\/p>\n<p>The Deposit Paid is non-refundable. It is however transferable.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pricing and payment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prices throughout the website are quoted in U.S. dollars, and payment can only be accepted in U. S. Dollars.<\/p>\n<p>While we make every effort to ensure that the event\u00a0shown on our website is close to the event we will be holding, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If mentors have an emergency and we must change you accept these changes.<\/p>\n<p>The price you pay is the price of the ticket\u00a0shown at the time you place your order, even if the price of the ticket\u00a0has since changed.<\/p>\n<p>Your payment card will be debited for your order at the time the order is placed. By submitting an online order with The Photo Rehab,\u00a0through www.thePhotoRehab.com, you expressly agree not to request a \u2018charge back\u2019 of any fees or payments for said orders, and that no dispute with The Photo Rehab\u00a0will be raised with or adjudicated by the credit card company.
